About
Your Legal Documents Completed paperwork requirements expire after 3 months if
you have not yet married. It is very important that your full name is written
in the same manner in all the following documents, otherwise the wedding officials
will not accept your paperwork: * Passports * Certificate of No Impediment * Nulla
Osta This can happen if: * You have more surnames and they are not always expressly
listed in all documents. * The future bride has already been married before and
is still keeping the name of her ex-husband. In this case please be sure that
your passport, Certificate of No impediment and Nulla Osta contains your maiden
name.
WHY
ITALY? Italy
offers hundreds of historic halls in every country town and city exceptionally
well suited for the most romantic of events. Religious rites can be celebrated
in magnificent Protestant and Catholic churches or Jewish Synagogues where the
celebration will be held in accordance with all civil and religious requirements;
also valid in your country. Euroevents & Travel can arrange for you to be united
with both a civil and religious rite in the same ceremony; this applies to Protestant,
Catholic or Jewish weddings. France, England, Spain and Portugal and several other
countries of Europe have a thirty to forty day residency requirement before you
can apply for permission to marry with a legal ceremony. There is no residency
requirement to marry in Italy. This allows foreigners to tie the knot and honeymoon
in any location without bureaucratic delays. In some cases you can arrive and
marry within two days. How is it done and how long does it take? Your wedding
will be planned in every detail with your own personal coordinator who will update
you on progress faithfully and regularly. |
